We are looking for skilled and proactive commercial finance managers with the ability to prioritise and organise their time productively to join our established and successful team. Ideally you will have a background in commercial finance or banking, covering any or all of the following: commercial mortgages and bridging, asset finance, unsecured business loan.

• Full time – Monday to Friday
• Location – St Asaph (Office Based)
• Hours – Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm & Friday 9am-3.30pm
• Salary – £19,000 per annum, plus annual performance related bonus

Duties and responsibilities:

• Processing mortgage, insurance, and protection applications
• Liaising with mortgage advisors, solicitors, and surveyors in order to get applications to completion
• Answering the telephone
• Keeping CRM up to date
• Completing financial documents and communicating with financial partners
• Coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities in the office, providing administration support to Mortgage Advisers including fact-finding, organising, and attending meetings, dealing with correspondence, and updating sales support documents
• Supporting our Mortgage Brokers wherever necessary and helping the team to deliver company objectives
• Meeting and greeting visitors, providing high levels of customer service, face to face and over the phone
• Treating Customers Fairly at all times

Requirements:

• Customer focused
• Team player and good communicator
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office; Excel; Power point
• Good administration skills including diary management, data handling, and the ability to draft high quality reports and letters
• Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential along with an exemplary attention to detail
• Drive and ambition with a proactive “can do” attitude
• Good communication skills both written and verbal, with well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills
• The ability to work in a confidential manner at all times
• A good standard of education
• Full UK driving licence
